Shipping policy

Order processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.

 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Standard shipping: 7-15 business days. Express shipping: 4-8 business days. Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch, not the order date. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

In-store pickup

In-store pickup is not available at this time.

 

International shipping

We ship worldwide. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, including VAT, which are incurred once the parcel reaches its destination country. Vogue Dress Lab is not responsible for these charges.

 

How to check your order status

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available. If you have not received your order within 20 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hoangminhhung3872@gmail.com with your name and order number.

 

Damaged, lost or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hoangminhhung3872@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. Vogue Dress Lab is not liable for parcels lost or delayed by the carrier, but we will do our best to assist you with a claim.
